PENGEMBANGAN LKPD BERBASIS ETNOMATEMATIKA: KONTEKS KUE TRADISIONAL LAMPUNG PADA MATERI STATISTIKA

Abstract

The use of non-contextualized Student Worksheets (LKPD) makes it difficult for students to understand statistical materials. In addition, mathematics learning that does not link concepts to local culture makes the material less meaningful. This study aims to develop ethnomathematics-based Student Worksheets (LKPD) for traditional Lampung cakes, using statistical materials that are valid and practical for learning. This study uses Research and Development with reference to the Borg & Gall model, including the stages of needs analysis, planning, initial product development, expert validation, product revision, and limited trials. The product developed is a Student Worksheet that integrates traditional Lampung cakes as a context for statistical learning. Limited trials were conducted on 34 grade X students. The research instruments included validation sheets from material, media, and cultural experts, as well as student response questionnaires. The results showed that validation rates were 88.75% for material experts, 92.36% for media experts, and 83.93% for cultural experts, all in a very feasible range. Student responses reached 90.95% with a very practical category. Thus, LKPD based on ethnomathematics, with the context of traditional Lampung cakes, is suitable for use in mathematics learning.
